Brisket

When it comes to BBQ, a perfect brisket is a work of art. I understand there are several opinions about BBQ and the way it is supposed to be. This post is about how I personally like to prepare my brisket. I am going to cover several topics and hopefully I will provide you with information you can take to your pit and try.
